Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards in all professional activities.
Qualifications
For Licensed Therapists:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current license to practice independently in the state of Minnesota (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
For Pre-Licensed Therapists:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Eligibility for licensure and commitment to obtaining full licensure.
- Experience in a clinical setting (internship or practicum experience acceptable).
