Evening/Weekend Therapist

As an Evening and Weekend Therapist at David Hoy & Associates you'll share in our mission to promote mental fitness and empower individuals through compassionate care, innovative treatment and community support.

We are looking to hire therapists to see clients from 3–8pm Monday–Thursday and for four hours on the weekend day of your choosing. This can be grown into a full-time position or remain part time if that works best for you. Open to both clinical trainees and licensed therapists.

Compensation

Compensation models are personalized to each employee. Full-time employees make up to NULL,000 annually as a Master's Level Therapist/Clinical Trainee, or up to $150,000 annually as a Licensed Therapist.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field and on a licensure track
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Experience with clinical documentation

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in building and maintaining your client caseload
• Provide psychotherapy to clients
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Manage and keep your schedule up to date in the EHR system
• Clinical trainees: attend individual and group supervision
• Licensed therapists: attend a monthly consultation meeting
